The Kentucky Chamber Foundation works to strengthen communities and expand opportunity across the Commonwealth by addressing barriers to employment and creating fair chance opportunities for Kentuckians. Through the Workforce Recovery program, the Foundation equips employers with tools, training, and partnerships to expand opportunity, strengthen communities, and build a stronger workforce.
Accelerating Solutions, Building Opportunity
- 13 regional Fair Chance Academy workshops have trained employers across the Commonwealth since 2024.
- 218 employers have received Fair Chance Hiring training.
- 566 individuals in recovery or with justice system involvement have been hired by companies that received fair chance hiring training from the Foundation.
